We stand behind the quality of our products. We examine our products prior to shipping and are not dropshippers working with 3rd party vendors. Some items are discontinued if we determine the quality is not up to ShopSlayPlay standards. If you are not satisfied, neither are we. We have an easy return policy for items, not worn and with tags still attached. Accepted returns can be exchanged for different size or store credit. Please email us at sales@shopslayplay for a return label. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We work hard to keep a competitive edge. We want our SlayMasters to be trendy, edgy, and fly. Our photos are taken in house with regular everyday people as our models. A select few images are from the vendors, but we quickly work to replace those with our ShopSlayPlay models. However we do guarantee, that the products are of the highest quality.

You may return unworn, unsoiled items within 30 days for exchange or store credit only. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging wth the original tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Lingerie and undergarments cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, used not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit or exchange, unfortunately clearance items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or not a fit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: P.O. Box 2380 Florissant Missouri US 63032.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If for any reason you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
