When Do We Collect Your Information?
When you visit our site, shop or browse our online store, or place an order we collect personal information which may include your name, email address, and mailing address for the purpose of connecting with us. Any information you enter or provide in accessing our site may also be collected and stored by Shopify including where and how you accessed the site, the Internet protocol (IP) address your computer used to connect to the internet, your login information, password, computer, browser, OS, connection information, and purchase history. We may also use software tools such as Hot Jar to gather and measure session information about how long you visit each page and methods used to navigate away from each page. We do not save your payment information but do save comments, feedback, product reviews, and any profile information you provide.

We use your personal information only to provide the services you request and pay for, connect with you as a preferred client, send you information about sales and promotions, provide customer support, and conduct research to improve our services and reach. How Do We Store Your Information?

The website where our products and services are sold is hosted by Inmotion Hosting and Shopify and other applications including Kit and Privy. We also use Mailchimp to connect with you. Each of these hosts or applications stores your data in its databases, data storage, or in their applications. Shopify maintains that we are GDPR compliant, however we encourage to explore each company’s privacy policies. If you have trouble locating them please contact us and we will provide them to you.

Occasionally we will utilize a third party service to collect standard internet information and visitor behavior information. We use Google in a general way which does not identify information about specific visitors. We also use Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest to communicate with our followers, locate, and include them in marketing campaigns. Paypal is used to process our payments. By becoming a subscriber to our site, we collect personal information and send you promotional information and sales. We may also reach out to you with special opportunities and to ensure that you are happy with our service. We also may collect information about clicks and opens related to the messages we send to you which we may access occasionally to ensure that we are delivering the best content that is relevant to your needs.

How do you get my consent?

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
